ARC Requests can be submitted through the Residential Portal page. Please complete the ARC Application and obtain a detailed set of plans, sample photos, and/or project design, and upload to your portal for review and approval. Review status will be shown within the portal. *All property improvements/additions require ARC review and approval. There is a 30-day review period*
RAM Waste Systems: Please refer to the community tab for your weekly pick-up day. The pick-up schedule will be adjusted as necessary in the case of adverse weather conditions and/or holidays. Updates are posted to RAM's website at www.ramwastesystems.com. Please call RAM with any service questions or concerns at (970) 226-3396.
