05/16/25: The Non-potable Water System is on and fully functional!
The non-potable water system was started on 05/15 and is now fully functional. Homeowners can begin watering as permitted and abiding by all watering restrictions. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of their own personal lines. New sod installations and system testing require the homeowner to contact Fromm & Company at contact@frommco.us BEFORE utilizing any additional watering, outside of the restricted days/hours.
